Roof Positive is proud to serve Moscow, PA and the surrounding North Pocono communities with free, no-obligation roof inspections, expert roof repair, roof replacement, roof rejuvenation, and storm damage inspections. Moscow Borough is the heart of the North Pocono region, sharing the 18444 ZIP code and close community ties with the surrounding townships of Covington, Elmhurst, Madison, Roaring Brook, and Spring Brook — all of which carry Moscow mailing addresses. Neighboring Clifton Township (18424/18445) and Jefferson Township (18436) extend just past the 18444 border but share the same North Pocono schools, weather, and community ties. As a locally owned roofing contractor headquartered up the road in Clarks Summit, our team understands the rural, wooded character of the North Pocono area — the mix of established borough homes, larger township properties, and the harsh Northeast PA weather that shapes every roof across Moscow and its neighboring communities. Every project is backed by our non-prorated lifetime craftsmanship warranty and full manufacturer material warranties.
Moscow and the surrounding North Pocono townships sit in the scenic hills of southern Lackawanna County, where wooded terrain, open fields, and colder ridge-top elevations bring heavy lake-effect and nor'easter snow, persistent ice dams along shaded eaves, and strong winds that lift and wear shingles prematurely. The area's mix of older borough homes, mid-century builds, and newer rural-residential properties means a wide range of roof ages and conditions — many approaching the end of their lifespan. Our crews specialize in targeted leak repair, full architectural shingle replacements, roof rejuvenation to extend the life of aging shingles, and thorough storm damage inspections tailored to the demands of North Pocono living.
Roof Positive serves Moscow, PA and surrounding townships — Covington, Elmhurst, Madison, Roaring Brook, Spring Brook, Clifton and Jefferson (18444, 18424, 18445, 18436). We offer free inspections, roof repair, rejuvenation, shingle and metal roof replacement, and storm damage help. Locally owned, licensed and insured, 5.0-star Google rating. Call (570) 354-6682.

"I needed so much help after our roof was destroyed by trees falling from a storm. Chris came out immediately while the insurance adjuster was there and has helped me get everything I needed covered 100% by my insurance. I would have been absolutely lost without him. He's been a blessing. Also the roof came out GORGEOUS and done in one day. You can not beat the price, quality and professionalism of Chris and his team. 10000% recommend!!!"Roof repair for storm & wind damage

"Chris White and his team at Roof Positive were the pinacle of professionalism and luckily in my case speed as they beat an incoming storm. I had just purchased a home that was unoccupied with an active leak in the late fall, and Chris White and his team at Roof Positive had a dumpster in the driveway as soon as I said go. Not only that, I had to work the day the roof was to be done but I like to oversee the work, Chris kept me in the loop with drone footage and picture updates as the work was being done. With an 11 man crew Roof Positive tore off my whole roof replaced boards and did gutter and downspouts in one day and came back in the spring to do the gutter guards. I cannot say enough positive things about Roof Positive!"Whole-roof replacement & gutters
