Sales Manager
Leads and supports the sales team to achieve company goals. This role focuses on coaching sales representatives, managing performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from first contact to project approval.
Project Manager
Oversees roofing projects from start to finish. The project manager coordinates scheduling, materials, crews, and communication with homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Roof Positive quality standards.
Production Manager
Manages the operational side of roofing installations. This role ensures crews, materials, and timelines are properly coordinated so projects run efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standard
Labor
Supports roofing installations by assisting with materials, site preparation, cleanup, and general construction tasks. This role is essential to ensuring projects run smoothly and safely on-site.
Office
Handles administrative and operational support for the team. Responsibilities may include scheduling, customer communication, documentation, and assisting with day-to-day office operations to keep projects and workflows organized.
