Project Manager - State College Territory

Overview

Roof Positive is looking for project managers to cover the State College and surrounding areas. The position can pay hourly or contract/ independent contractor.

The ideal person would have experience in sales and knowledge of roofing materials, mainly shingles, metal and flat membranes. Training will be offered for those willing to learn and continue to increase knowledge. We strongly believe in elevating the knowledge and growth of all employees.

Specific Skills

Friendly, “POSITIVE” attitude and strong customer service skills. Competency in software, technology, network development and growth of your service area.

Responsible For

Meet with homeowners and property owners, inspect their roofing conditions and make appropriate service solutions, secure agreements and provide all photo and pre-build documentation. Be available to the property owner until job is completed. Availability on build days, if needed, encouraged, but all jobs will be provided a job site supervisor.

Salary

Position can be salary plus commission or independent contractor. All pay packages will be available and all are based on employees and sub contractors maximizing their opportunities and income. Successful candidates will want to make six figure and above income levels.
